We accept returns or exchanges for up to 14 days after your order has been dispatched on our NON personalised items.
*Unfortunately we do not except exchanges or returns on create your own items unless faulty.
Please be aware that under no circumstances do we accept worn or washed items.
When returning, please include all the following information with your item, or we will not be able to process your return/exchange.

- Reason for Return
You will need to pay for your own returns/exchange shipping costs. Upon receipt of your return we will send out the replacement item or place a credit on your account with the amount paid (minus P&P).
