Q. Can I cancel my order ?

Q. How do I tell you what I want on my create your own order ?

Simply put the create your own item into your basket and head for the checkout, once you are at the checkout you will see a section called any additional comments, please leave your text here with exactly what you want on the item (please type it as you want it to appear along with any speech marks or grammar, also please let us know what sort of font colour you have in mind)

Q. Do the 'create your own' orders take longer than standard items ?

yes, these will take 10/12 working days (please see standard delivery information for further details)

Q. Can I return/exchange my create your order if I don't like it ?

Unfortunately we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any create your own items, this is because these have been made especially for you to your specific bespoke design.

Q. How long will my order take to be dispatched ?

Please allow 7-10 days working days for your order to be dispatched, unless it is a 'create your own' item, these will take 10-12 working days for dispatch.

Q. How long will delivery take after my order has been dispatched ?

We use Royal Mail 2nd Class service as our standard delivery service, this usually takes approximately 2-3 working days from the date of dispatch.

Q. Where do I collect my order From ?

When your order is ready we will notify you by email, we will ask you to confirm what date/time you will be collecting your order, once you confirm this we will then send you the full address and instructions of where to collect your order from.

Q. Can I return my Item?

We allow returns or exchanges for up to 14 days after your order has been dispatched. As all orders are custom made so we can only offer a credit on your account to use at our store, please note we cannot offer free returns. Under no circumstances do we accept worn or washed items. (Create your own orders are subject to different terms, please see section above)

Q. How do I return my item?

Please contact us by email @ stickybanditsadmin@sticky-bandits.co.uk stating your name, order number and reason for return and we will send you instructions on where to return your item.

Please just notify us ASAP, faulty items are accepted 28 days after the delivery date.
